Our Declaration of Privacy and Trust  

At Private Club Links, privacy has its privileges! We consider privacy and trust our two most precious assets and we are strongly committed to protecting them. They are at the root of what we do because people can’t enjoy relationships, can’t participate freely or feel comfortable sharing the club experience without them.

It’s for that reason that we will do everything in our power to make PCL not a virtual, but a real container of trust on the internet. We will ask each new member to complete a voluntary application process that is more lengthy and comprehensive than one would expect from a public site. We will follow-up every application so that we can all be assured that new members are indeed who they say they are—people we would be inclined to associate with.

We sincerely believe that the kind of confidence that results is worth the one-time process for all of us. It makes the club a more valuable and appealing destination for every member, sponsor and partner.

Our privacy pledge:

• We will never share names or information about members with anyone outside of the club. We have, and will continue to go to great measures to protect our member’s privacy.

• Inside the club, members’ information will only be shared at each member’s specific request, and only to the degree a member personally permits, using our proprietary FilterLinks™ software and privacy controls.

• We will monitor and maintain state-of-the-art security and privacy systems and technology at Private Club Links at all times.

• We will deal swiftly with any real or attempted violation of privacy by any party inside or outside the club. Our zero tolerance policy will result in the immediate termination of membership for any violator, and legal action taken when possible against offenders outside the club.

As long as we are together as a club, guarding the privacy and trust for everyone in the PCL family will be our highest priority.
