Paul Scura- Non-Executive Chairman is the Managing Partner of Scura, Rise and Partners. Mr. Scura has had a thirty year investment banking career starting at J.P. Morgan.  From 1994-2001 he was head of global investment banking at Prudential Securities.  He left Prudential Securities as a Vice Chairman in 2001 to form Scura, Rise and Partners, a fifteen member merchant bank. Mr. Scura has considerable experience with early stage companies. He raised venture capital for a startup specialty finance/ASP company that served the municipal government market.  Mr. Scura served as CEO of that company, Xspand Inc., from 2002 to April 2006 when the company was sold to Bear Stearns.  Institutional venture investors realized an IRR of 53% over a 25 month period.
