James F. Crowley served as President of Global Investments and Merchant Banking at Prudential Securities from 1986 to 1992 and was Chairman and Managing Partner of Strategic Research Institute before its sale in 2006. His previous experience also includes eight years in investment banking at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co.

Mr. Crowley currently serves on the Board of Directors of Core Molding Technologies and has served on a number of educational and non-profit boards. He graduated from Villanova University with a BS/BA and earned an MBA from The Wharton Graduate School of Business.

An avid golfer and sailor, he is a member of several private clubs in the northeastern United States.
