Judith Rogala is a seasoned Fortune 500 businesswoman who built her reputation as a senior executive with the likes of Federal Express, TWA and Office Depot, to name a few. She also has been the CEO of a number of public companies. Judith began her career with Trans World Airlines, rapidly rising from flight attendant to senior management.

Ms. Rogala received her Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, and has served on numerous corporate and community boards. She is a frequent speaker on leadership and motivation and is co-author of Trust, Inc., a guide to helping business leaders forge a bridge between values and results.

Ms. Rogala is a trailblazer in the golf world becoming the first female executive to play in a PGA Pro-Am. She is a member of several private clubs in the United States.
