Dr. Frederick Hammer has extensive experience at the helm of several prominent financial institutions including Inter-Atlantic Group, Mutual of America Capital Management Corporation, and SEI Asset Management Group. Mr. Hammer has also served as Chairman and CEO of Meritor Financial Group, Executive Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, and Executive Vice President of Associates Corp. of America. He presently serves on the Board of ING Clarion Realty Funds and Unicorn Financial Services and is a former Director of VISA and VISA International.

Dr. Hammer holds an A.B. degree in Mathematics, magna cum laude, from Colgate University and received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Economics from Carnegie-Mellon University. He taught Finance and Banking at The Wharton School, The University of Indiana, and New York University's Graduate School of Business Administration.

He is an avid golfer and maintains memberships at numerous prestigious private clubs from Vermont to Florida.
